MANAGED COLOCATION – HELP DESK

With Managed Colocation – Help Desk (HD) our professionals will act in accordance with your request. We are on duty 24×7 and, as guaranteed in the contract, will begin the service within maximum 15 minutes. Rely on the HD management for the installation, operation, configuration change or recovery of failure on servers or network devices.

MANAGED COLOCATION – TOTAL MANAGEMENT

If you want an even greater peace of mind, hire the Managed Colocation – Total Management (GT). Your team won’t need to monitor services or worry about any maintenance activity in your environment. We guarantee a safe and updated environment. With the GT, routine updating and monitoring activities are performed in your environment, ensuring security and operation with satisfactory performance. The GT involves all HD activities but under the full responsibility of our team.
